Mike, I could of used your expertise today......but I never opened the thread until now because of the subject title. I couldn't figure out why you would cook a turkey on Memorial Day. Now I figured out what you meant, but it was too late for me to utilize the hot line. Oh well, maybe you'll open the hotline for the other summer holidays!
