We were at a dance competition on Friday and I offered to cook for some folks on a park grill. First store I went to thaey only had sirloin. Marinated it and then went out and found strip loin. This was sitting in marinade since Friday afternoon. Not too bad anyway.

Buddy, I'm a little shy in most venues. I wrapped the whole thing in tin foil and did Philly cheesesteaks and everybody liked them.

Come on Pat, be nice to poor Steve. You know he can beat you up. You might not know this but I saved your life in Ocala. Steve kept drinking my rum and he said "give me another glass, I'm going to go beat up Pat". I cut him off. Lucky for you. You don't want to get him mad. :woohoo:

Steve.......if you go on saying "Not too bad anyway" with your cooks... I'm going to feel real bad..... because that plate up there....looks out of this world....DELICIOSO!!!!! so from now on lower your standards ...just a bit anyway....so we earthly mortals can feel reasonably well.. :laugh:

Only time I could dance in collage was after 23:00!
