and yes Steven that is a cast iron pan. I got it on Ebay and I wish I had gotten two. it is stamped "cabin kitchen" on the bottom. Julie

When I was making it I thought what a great camping dish this is. you could really have it in Ziplocs ready to layer and assemble once you melted the butter. I love dishes like this
