Mike,
That looks tasty - what was in it?
Here's one we did last weekend... we had to feed a vegetarian, so we made this to go along with some chicken, kabobs, and some other things. It's the first time I've tried making a Quesadilla on the Egg. It came out really good, and not just for a vegetarian dish - I actually liked it. It's stuffed with mustard greens, red pepper, and goat cheese. I cooked it for about 3 minutes per side, at 400 degrees indirect. Note that even though I cooked it indirect, I still flipped it, since the heat radiating off the plate setter helped to brown the outside. I tried one direct as well, and it just burned up.
More details on the recipe and cook on our blog at http://www.fearlesskitchen.com/2009/05/recipe-red-pepper-mustard-greens-and-goat-cheese-quesadilla.html
Enjoy!

Mike,
Why don't you plant some herbs? Cilantro is amazing.

Mike,
Everything but the mint. Few years ago I had a beautiful herb garden, nestled into Normas flower garden. The mint took everything out. Chives do the same thing so plant it in a plastic bucket without a bottom. Sage is good and hardy, it will go perennial if you are lucky. Laurel (bay) can stand up too. You can get about ten different kinds of thyme as well.
