WOW ! Rib Feast!

I want to thank Cat for her wonderful rib recipe and who ever posted the ginger mahogany recipe. I made 4 racks 2 Cat's and 2 Ginger...
I used the 3 -1-1 cooking method with some apple and cherry wood.
Results--- Moist---tender --FOTB(fall of the bone)LOL---Heaven!!!
Everyone loved Both types but I think the favorite was the ginger Mahogany..Wow what awesome flavor of both.My girlfriend prepared the rubs and sauces and she has requested we take the Egg on a road trip to WOW her family next week at camping.
