Wings, Thanks/Question

Well the batch of wings I gave to my ladies at the pub were a Big hit. Thanks to Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom, Mrs. Dogs Dangerously Hot Pepper Sauce, some red pepper lakes and then sauced at the end with Carnivore Hot BBQ sauce. They wanted em hot and they got it and....................LOVED EM. :woohoo:
My thanks to all that has helped me learn how to cook wings.
One last question, as I'm doing bigger batches of wings the fliping is getting old quick. I do remember seeing a post or two where they did not flip and still said they were crispy on both side. I tried to find where I read that but no luck.
Have you had good luck if you don't flip??? If so, what temp.
