First Chicken

Just finished eating our first chicken on the BGE. It was chicken breast with a little Dizzy Dust. Fixed some scalloped potatoes on the grill and some corn on the cob. Only our 3rd cook since getting the BGE and were we ever impressed. The chicken was beautiful---Yes I should have taken a picture--the potatoes were to die for--and the corn had that nice smokey flavor like at the fair--only better. We are 100% BGE fans with only 3 cooks under our belts.
