Shish-ka-bobs

Mrs. Grill returned from the store with some Shish-ka-bobs....looks like sirloin, onions, peppes and tomatoes on the skewer. I've honestly never cooked these things. Any recommendations for time/temp, and whether I should add seasoning, grilling sauce/marinade, or just what. Thanks.
