Any suggestions as to temp to cook a large shoulder? Yes, it is the whole shoulder. What is the prefered chip?? Questimate as to how long??

    BBQ Marty,
    Rule of thumb 2 hours per pound to an internal temp of 190º to 200º. I cant find a full shoulder around here (Southeastern Massachusetts)anywhere!
