Cooked a couple ribs for me!

Used Blues Hog rub, quickly becoming a favorite.

Couple hours in.

One more.

Time to eat. :ohmy:

two racks just for you or were they for another "interview"? BTW I also like Blue's Rub on ribs though I also add sprinkles of kosher salt to kick it up a notch.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!

Some purty ribs, Mike! I was thinking about doing some to break in the new XL this weekend. I'll have to keep an eye out for the Blues Hog rub--I remember reading about their sauce, but not their rub.
