cooked a great pork loin wrapped in bacon for moms day, just got back in town, need quick thoughts on simple, new dish for this pork loin, hurry, about to starve....thanks.

Large egg and mini max egg plus a Blackstone griddle

    One way. Slice it thin, cheese of choice and make a sammie with mayo and pickles on side , between your favorite bread.

    thanks, did that monday evening.........just got thru with dinner, left over green bean casserole, porkloin with bacon on top,heated up, swear the smoke favor is better after couple of days.. nothing like cooking on the egg
