Just curious if anybody has read this book by Lang, What they thought of the reciepes.

Adam Perry Lang is one of the top chefs in America. He owns one of the best BBQ Restaurants in NYC and is the executive chef at Roberts Steakhouse in NYC. Lastly he is a competitive BBQ'r.
I think you can trust those recipes to be good.
