We had some brave flying squirrels hitting our bird feeder last night, right in front of me. They are usually much more shy and hit our remote feeders. If you knew how fast they were, you might give me a D- rather than an F in photo skilz!

WOW!! The pics are great...They haven't figured a way to get to our bird feeder that I know of but I don't believe we have squirells quite so persisitent...lol

The recipe link is too funny...I am definitely going to try some out. We have always fried our squirell but for some reason I have not cooked much in the kitchen since I got my BGE as a graduation present about a week ago.

My friend Gloria talks about the times growing up in Arkansas when her family would eat the squirrel brains. Go figure.

This is Buggsy. A bottle raised orphan flying squirrel 8 months old and fast as lightning. A real treat to watch learn to fly/glide. :laugh:
