tonite we had tuna steaks and roasted zucchini.

put succhini on about 15 minutes before the fish, covered a small wire cooling grate with heavy duty foil and oiled it a bit, laid seasoned squash halves on rack onto the egg grate, a couple of fire bricks raised a second grate and the steaks went on that for about 10 minutes. both things turned out great! 350 degrees did a fine job. it was my first cook with the daisy wheel, it came today, good addition.
