Here is 30 pounds of butt. As you can see in the second photo, one of the butts stuck to the grid and kinda pulled itself getting it onto the plate. The meat is now cooling and we'll pull it in an hour, I reckin':[p]

It took just under 16 hours. Add lump? Heck no! The egg is good for 30-40 hours with a full load of good lump. [p]TNW
