Muffins with the meat mixture

Cooked these meat side down for 25-min.


Italian six cheese blend Mozzarella,Provolone,Parmesan,Fontina and Romano Cheeses

Put back in the Egg for10-min These turned out pretty good, I think I could do better!

Yes I did, just something different They tasted good but I'll add Tomato Paste next time

Those look good Ross, I did some today for my mother -in -law and wife and they turned out good. Sage sauage ,sun dried tomatoes and artichokes.I was not sure how the articokes would do direct, but they were tasty. How did your thing in Costa Mesa go?
