I asked some questions recently about cooking multiple butts and how to do them up for NC bbq sandwhiches for a meal that my wife is helping prepare for a women's shelter. Well the butts went on at 6 tonight, and the egg is humming away. I've got a drip pan in the basement, 2 butts on the ground floor and 2 butts on the 2nd floor. (Plate setter, grid and grid extender). Let us all think good thoughts about my fire tonight so that it doesn't go out and doesn't go up to 800 degrees. :-) 30 homeless women will be a lot happier with pulled pork than with ham sandwhiches, methinks.....[p]TNW
