Just wanted to know if anyone has treated their BGE pizza stone in any way before using it and is there a difference between using propane and mapp gas to light your egg . Thanks in advance .

    I have never treated any pizza stone, including my BGE stone in any way. MAPP gas is a heck of a lot hotter than propane and will light lump a heck of a lot faster. [p]TNW
