Thanks one and all for your responses. It didn't take much to convince me. Qbabe's prime rib pretty much pushed me over the edge. I will continue to mine this site for all of the pearls I can find. And convincing the S.O. is top priority. I will let ya'll know when the smoke clears if I prevailed.
