Keep It Simple Stupid :laugh:

For me the brats and for EggHatter the hot sausage, on the small with the raised GrateMates...


As for the brats, 3 were "plain" and 2 with RichardFL's pepper blend. And the sausages, one is "plain" and the other two have DP Red Eye Express (EggHatter's favorite).

After about 15 minutes at 375 direct off they came...


added some mac & cheese for a K.I.S.S. meal! :cheer: :cheer:

Jay, K.I.S.S. could stand for "Keep it simple "SMARTIE". It looks pretty tasty. It's nice to have a simple meal every now and then.
