Likttle snack before Mother's Day meal.

INGREDIENTS:
1 12 Ozs Filet Mignon
Rub:
Black Pepper
Montreal Steak
Garlic Powder




Procedure:
1 Seasoned the meat for 4 hours. due to thickness, cut in half to hasten cook time.

2 Small BGE direct 500°F, 90 seconds each side. Shut down and left for 3 minutes per side. Drizzled a little porcini mushroom EVOO after removing from BGE.



3 Served with portobello mushrooms, onions, boiled potatoes and carrots.

Preparation time: 1 hour
Cooking time: 9 minutes
