I have a recipe for baked beans and I think it is yours or PBM's. It starts out with a gallon size of Bushes baked beans cooked indirect at 250-275 4-5 hours. Does that sound familiar?

Maybe, I drain the beans and add molasses, brown sugar, mustard, chopped onisns, pulled pork or burnt ends.
    Use cherry or apple wood.

That's it, I had put it in a folder and it didn't have the author on it. I will be doing these along with your rib recipe tomorrow. I just wanted to give credit where credit was due. I will add your name to it so I don't forget next time. Thanks

    Baked beans

Institutionial size ( gallon size) Reg. Bushs Baked Beans drained.
    All ingredients approx.

    1/3 cup Grandmas Molasses
    1 large onion diced
    1/3 cup yellow mustard
    1/2+ cup brown sugar
12-16oz Reg. KC Masterpiece bbq sauce
Pulled pork, burnt ends, smoked ham ect (you get the picture)

Indirect with cherry wood at 250-275 for 4-5 hours.
I don't cover and stir about every hour.

Looks like I might need to put that in a folder as well. I forgot the KC Masterpiece.
