Should not the apostrophe be before the N and not after the F? The apostrophe is used to denote the missing letter. 'Nuff said.

Actually it is where it should be because nuff' is short for the southern "nuffin"
Now if I shortened "enough" it would have been 'nough.. -
The apostrophe is also used to indicate measurement in arcminutes.
BTW isn't your sentence " 'Nuff Said" and incomplete sentence. -
Not in Southern slang..
