I can't set up an account and have tried repeatedly. When I request that my forgotten password be sent to me I get a msg. "email address alread exists". I can't log in but when I attemp to set up a new account I get the msg. "user name and password alread exists". I'm at a total loss as to what to do now. I gave up months ago but am now trying again. Anyone have any help?
