...hard to believe SO MUCH has happened in just 2 weeks since returning from OKC Eggfest....

went back to work and came home to doggie disaster



cooked a couple of meals on the Medium, then Hubby cooked a few pizzas on the Big guy

and the Medium kept on cookin--

but then, the Large redeemed itself with the BEST EVER DOUBLE SMOKED PULLED PORK RED CHILE ENCHILADAS :woohoo: leftover pulled pork resmoked in cassarole with pecan and hickory...OMG...What a comeback!

Then, last night, it had to come to blows!!!

Hubby cookedPizzas on the Medium; I cooked Chicken Wings on the Large...Son enjoyed them both, along with a huge salad...

The men are satisfied...boy returns to school, hubby goes off into the Sunset...(to sit through 2 Eggless days in meetings :blink: ), and the Dog and I are left to "fend for ourselves"

It all comes at once doesn't it! :laugh: Remember I came home years ago and found a one foot square roof support column in the middle of the living room dang near chewed in half where my 1 year old lab had got board. Looked like a beaver got aholt of it! :pinch: That first pizza look just great. About time I did another one myself.

Wow Kari, I'm humbled to be in your presence! If you wouldn't mind sharing that double smoked pulled pork recipe I would certainly appreciate it. Going to smoke a couple of them next weekend and that would be a great addition.
