Sam's Club Hi-Gluten

I just got back from my local Sam's Club and they had a flour called "Baker & Chef's" Hi-Gluten flour. Does anyone know if this is a true hi-gluten like King Arthurs Sir Lancelot? It's only $20 for a 50 lb. bag.

    Price seems right. I think the 25# bag goes for about $9 these days at Restaurant Depot.

    To be like Sir Lancelot or the All Trumps it should the amount of protein should be 14% +.
