Maple Bourbon Salmon

was there a recepie for maple b ourbon salmon that i missed?

i know there is a maple bourbon ham.. i also found nature boy's maple crusted salmon, and eggtuckey's orange and bourbon salmon but....


i cant seem to find the recepie for maple bourbon salmon...

    Bente, honestly, I think you could take the maple-butter glaze used for nature boy's recipe and add bourbon to taste to the glaze...I would start with 1 part maple syrup to 1/4 part bourbon and add more to taste..bourbon works well with maple syrup and butter...
