Ribs - Perfection
Still Smokin'
Another perfect cook of ribs, 6 lbs bbbacks. I also think I can comfortably say another egg sold. This makes two sold out of the last two cookouts with friends and family. Looking forward to ABT's tomorrow for lunch. I am starting to feel a little guilty though, oh well, someone has to eat this good.

Dave,
I follow the 3-1-1.5 method on Tim M's website except I do it 3-2-1 with a rub overnight and a generous layer of french's mustard just before cooking starts. I cook around 240 dome.
