Cajun Injected Spatchcock Chicken

I've been using the Naked Whiz's recipe for spatchcock chicken for some time now. It is really simple and tastes fantastic. [p]I decided to do some experimenting and spatchcocked the chicken and then injected it with lemom, butter, and garlic cajun marinade.
