Weber Chimney

I bought a Weber chimney to make starting my lump easier. I have had reasonable success with it when I am doing a low and slow technique, but can't seem to get an entire load going when I want to Turbo Grill a steak on max heat. How have folks out there been using the chimney for this purpose? Do you fill it completely with lump or just a handful? Do you place the chimney down in the firebox or on top of the grid? Start in on the ground and then dump into the egg? (Won't work for me: wooden deck) Looking for suggestions.[p]Thanks,[p]buxwheat[p]Alpharetta GA

buxwheat,[p]When I want high heat, I'll fill a Weber chimney to the top anf get it going real good and hot. A good 20 mins. Dump that in and cover with another chimney full on top. Give it 15 mins and you're cooking with a hot fire.
