I just loaded my first bag of the new Wicked Good Lump (see the NAked Whiz site for his evaluation) and was very pleased with what came out of the bag! Fist sized chunks or better. Very little dust and chips. And best of all I was expecting it to be hard to light from what I've read because of the density of the woods. Wrong! I use the little wax and sawdust blocks and buried it the same way - an inch or so down from the top - and lit her off. It just took a few minutes longer to "get up to speed". I've 6 racks of baby backs on now and we'll see what happens.
The smoke smells a little "sweet" and not as acrid as some lump I've used. Wicked Good might be on to something here! Gotta watch them ol' Maine boys else they sneak somthin by ya.
