Just did a 4# London Broil as per N. Whiz recipe. Used two of Dizzy Pig rubs and some garlic powder. My guests were blown away with the flavor and tenderness. Thanks NW. Ray Price

    Babyray,
I like to do two london broils at a time. Have one for dinner, then the next night make fajitas out of the other...yummy! Best fajitas you will ever have.[p]~nikki

    Babyray,
I did a similar cook last night. Used a Dizzy Rub and some Garlic Pepper. One chunk of hickory. Cooked up wonderful. [p]Problem: My wife said they tasted like "lighter fluid." (NO I DON'T use ANY/never have, never will) She just doesn't like any smoke taste....That ended the conversations at our house. Hope she has a nice Fourth.[p]Mike in MN

Mike in MN,[p]Got a question in an effort to save your marriage. Do you use those firestarter cubes? Was just curious because if I don't let them burn out all the way...and I mean history...AlexShark says the same thing...a lighter fluid taste. I've done double blind tests (drink vodka until I don't care) and tried it and he can accurately tell when I've let the cubes totally burn out and THEN put on the meat or let them pretty well burn out and put on the meat.[p]Justathought.[p]mShark
