Size of roast
I am needing to prepare beef on a bun for about 75 people and using
6 oz. per person would need 28 lbs of meat. How large a cut can I use on the Egg? Any suggestions for a particular cut of beef? Any suggestions for how to hold the first roast while the others cook?
