The wifey and I are having 30 friends  over Thursday and I'm planning on cooking some pork tenderloins on the egg... 15 women and 15 men will be there. Any idea how many pounds of tenderloin I should get?

Thanks for the help!

Think of your serving size. If you will be serving a 1/4 pound worth of meat, then you would need 10 pounds. That will give you more than 30 servings. It will take into consideration trimming, shrinkage and seconds. You may want to do a Pork Roulade. See LC's recipe above un he Forum's cookbook. Good luck!

Pork t-loin sandwiches are outstanding the next day. So don't come up short. Your guests will want to really get after it, once they get that first bite. ;) I call them planned-overs
