Enjoyed recently with rub of choice, 350 direct (dome closed), turned every 15 min. , pulled mine at 45 min and hubby's at 60 min..started with rib side down...tasty

Dust with favorite rub. Cook direct at 350* to an internal temp of 165* on a raised grill. Sauce the last 10 minutes if desired. REALLY easy, REALLY good!
