Hey dublin...... where ya been, man?[p]On my large I've been cooking legs around 250 direct on a raised grid for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and they've been turning out great. Nearly fall off the bone and still juicy.
Any of Ken Stone's or Dizzy Pig will work........ right now my favorites for chicken are gilded splinters and tsunami spin.[p]Get cookin! :~)
