bbq sauce

wanted to share with you guys my favorite bbq sauce that is actually put on french bread then crisped on BGE, makes for a great addition for any meal, freezes well, and it takes about 2 cups for each loaf of french bread.Just something to play with while your doing a
lo-n-slo[p][p]
2 cups oil
5 cups onions
2 cups bell pepper
1 cup celery
3 pounds ground chuck
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup each of mustard and lea perrin
1 - 29 oz tomato sauce
1 bottle of ketchup
Juice of 1 lemon
And 2 cups of sliced green olives
Salt, red and black pepper to taste
Method:
Heat oil until very hot, almost smoking
Add onions, bell peppers, and celery........be careful
Cook until browned
Add meat and cook until done
Add everything else and cook for about 4 hours
Adjust seasoning
Makes about 1 gallon
