Okay Pato, you need to quit this. You have a way of posting right before lunch time. You're killing me with this. Truffled eggs..haven't heard this one in a while. I made a truffled eggs benedict once which was fantastic. Great post and picture. Please try to post after luch hour. It would make my salad go down so much easier.
