Shrimp & shrimp

Ginny defrosted the freezer this weekend and found a 2 lb bag of shrimp. So tonight we had a salad with ginger dressing, AZRP spicy shrimp and lemon butter shrimp...yummy dinner...also pineapple grilled with pineapple head for dessert....

    Kim...and then a few more shrimp!? :woohoo: Seriously though, those look great! Perfectly cooked! Nice surprise hiding in the freezer ice.... :laugh:
    I also have to say, one thing that I SO enjoyed in Georgia this past weekend were all of the wonderful Azaleas in bloom! Magnificent! Made me remember how much I loved spring up North!! (but not enough to make me want to move back up there!) :woohoo: :woohoo:
    Sorry we didn't get to meet up. We will in October.

    Sorry we did not make it over this weekend but you guys did great....the shrimp were great because we had a ginger dressing that I got when I went to the Asian market to get the lemon grass & fish sauce...LOL...one bad meal begets a really great meal.... :woohoo:
