T-Rex Pork Chops
Eggers,[p] Should the TRex method be used for pork chops. I have tried this method with steaks and I BELIEVE!!!!!!![p] Greg

Hubbq,[p]I use it for porkchops that are thick (1.5 - 2"), and do notice a difference, albeit not as pronounced as with beef. Give it a try![p]TRex
