Pulled pork and Blues Hog BBQ Sauce
Smokey
Posts: 2,468
Let me start by saying I have eaten A LOT of BBQ over the years.
This weekend, I did a Pork Butt and my 6 year old son now loves Pulled Pork more that Pizza (a big thing at our house) Anyway, I had two bottle of Blues Hog in the cabinet and deceided to use one. I must say it is the top three I have used ... great stuff especially if you are not looking for a spicey sauce (my wife does not like spicy or vinigar based sauces).
My question is, other that on line, is the stuff sole in stores (in Atlanta)?

I've never seen it anywhere in Atlanta except on rare occasions at the mothership.
I have a good supply in my pantry Damon, so if you want some just let me know. We can meet up for lunch one day and I can get you a few jars.
In my opinion it really shines on ribs and chicken. -
Thanks Rod, you da man!!

You should just order it by the gallon. You can get a gallon for $24. Which is about the same price as buying 4 quarts but the gallons aren't glass and wont break. A lot cheaper then the pint jars.
You can order from Hawgeyes or the KC BBQ Store. -
I'm a huge fan of Blues Hog also, and it sounds like my wife has similar preferences as yours.
If this is one of the top three, what are the other two? I'm still looking for some alternatives to the Blues Hog. Thanks.
