Looking for a new rub - cooking spatchcock style. I'm getting ready to fire the Egg up now. Any suggestions?

    Dr Ed, i did one the other day... mushed some garlic, rubbed it under the skin on the breast with some lemon zest, poked in a sprig of garlic. slathered the outside with the lemon juice and dusted all with cajun seasoning. it was great!
