Garlic Knots...&...Pizza

Snagged the Garlic Knots idea from a local Italian restaurant. Used some of the dough, spread on some garlic & basil & added some mozz cheese. Then rolled up & sliced. Added them w/a little evoo to my CI & baked away. They were a nice little snack & better than the one's at the restaurant.

    That is one of the biggest downfalls of the BGE. Not too many kitchens can hold a candle to it. :laugh:

    i hope not i am mixing fidel's mellow mushroom pizza dough tomorrow for pizza later in the week and if there is no sauce i may have to riot!!!
