Been out of the loop for a bit, y'all--getting ready for the TX Eggfest in a few weeks. Here's what went on the cooker around 22:30 last night:

11.48lb packer seasoned with Rudy's Rub and turbinado sugar. Pecan and hickory for the smoke, and cooked at 230° for about 14hrs to finish up at 190°

Should be good and ready for my father's 66th birthday dinner this evening!
