Another turkey breast

Found a 7lb breast in the "Manager's Special" section of the grocery.

Brined it for 8 hours

Then rinsed and rubbed with butter combined with Rendevous seasoning. Put in a 350 BGE with a couple of sweet potatoes and beets. Threw in a chunk of apple wood and some cherry chips.

Made a salad w/the beets, rocket, tomatoes, goat cheese & a basalmic vinagrette. I have to say, this was probably the best turkey I've done on the Egg (although I say that every time). Moist and delicious. And it sliced up beautifully this morning for sandwiches. The sweet potatoes with a little smoke were great.
