My coal grate finally packed it in (1996 model), it lasted for 13 years! Can I order a replacement on line? I do not want to go through my local dealer, it takes forever..............

If your's is that old I am guessing ceramic. However, the fire grates are floor drain covers. Home Depot or Lowes should have them.
Original equipment is a dealer, Freds Music & Guitar (always seems to have all kinds of parts in stock), or BGE.
