OKC...was finally a blast. After being delayed in airports all day on Friday..and missing the Meet N Greet, barely making it to Sam's club to buy food, and walking in the liquor store as the manager was locking the door..we being exhasted...and sooo not prepared for Saturday's festivities. Our cooks went well, AZRP did his BGE 101 class, and I was eagerly awaiting my turn to Compete Iron Egg Chef. What an honor to do this....on this pedestal with the best of the best prior...Mollyshark, Carwash Mike, Eggfoot...and to be beside Egret, Desert Oasis Woman..(she's got balls), TulsaMurph, and BigDaddy.OCT. WOW...is all I can say. I say thanks to my team....AZRP (my forever partner and supporter), and Spring Hen...we did it again! I guess this means...a 2 more year committment at least to OKC Eggfest. Chris...you rock!!!! So does Everything BBQ....A definite Fest to put on your list for next year.
