Made a stir fry on my table attachment with the remains of two egged chickens that I did on stands. Also in to the stir fry was a couple pieces of 45-day aged rib eye. Even egged left-overs are good.
I got a Hi-Mountain kit for Buckboard Bacon and am going to cure a Tenderloin. Don't know what's for supper yet.
You got anything going? -
Almost forgot...I have a whole pineapple that's just about perfect ripeness. Gonna be grilled sometime on Sunday.

Still trying to control my egg temp on the Boston butt...I've never had this kind of trouble with temp regulation. I'll be doing a thorough cleaning of the firebox after the cook, the air holes may be plugged?

I bought a pineapple today!! Hoping to do the same. I've got a sample packet of DP Pineapplehead I want to try.

I don't have a problem with controlling temps at low and slow. For my setup I use an expanded steel grate instead of the trivet and have a Guru...I love my Guru. I'll send you an Email about the pineapple.
