Well the season has begun again! Thank God! I hope everyone is well. I have been very low key over the winter. But the weather in Chicago is great today & the large is ready to go: So my season is officially begun! I just got back from Orlando, thank you for your restaurant suggestions. One of the places I went had the moistest pulled pork I have ever eaten. (I went there twice) He said after he takes the butt from the smoker, he bakes it in the oven with some spices & water. He said the pork absorbs the water & the end result is a great moist product. Anyone ever heard of this? I am looking for that moist butt!

    Molly, I run a steak house in Chicago, so I really cook everyday. I also hosted the Chicago Big Green Event.I am an addict. I have eggs at the restaurant & eggs at home! Don't get me wrong, I wasn't on strike all winter, I cooked a few things. But the intensity will now begin! Did you get some snow over the last 24 hours? They have been talking about Colorado all over the news!
