I ordred the 9oz oval Lodge pans. They are so cute. Looks like they are seasoned. Not sure if 2 are enough. any suggestions what to put in them. Scalloped tots? maybe cheesy veggies. I like them!
Also got some Bomba!! Thanks to Doug aka Sparky.
Better than xmas, cause it's snowing right now!

Yes, scalloped potatoes are always good. Does one 9oz. look like it would make two servings for a side dish?

Raining here currently amd MS ride is in the morning. :pinch:

Amazon. They are ONLY 9oz. Pretty much the bottom fits in my hand and the handles hang over. Cute little things. So cheesy hashbrowns sounds good!

Rain/storms and a tail wind for Saturday..90 miles to LaGrange. Clearing Saturday evening, headwinds to Austin for 80 miles. This will be my third year. It's a win win situation to support a great cause and enjoy riding. For MS this is the largest ride in the country. They cap the number of riders at 13,000. This year the entry opened at 10:15 in the morning (mid-October) and was full at 5:00 pm the same day.

My handle is the brand of my bike....Gunnar, from a factory in Wisconsin. It's a light steel with most everything else carbon except for the cranks. I didn't exactly style it that way...one of the employees in the bike shop got a titanium bike and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. And yes, it's a very cool feeling to get into Austin around noon on Sunday and realize the distance you've covered by your own power. B)

Molly, enjoy your Christmas in April!

Seriously I hate Brown truck, in my rookie days of cross border internet shopping, UPS nailed me something like $50  customs brokerage fees, more expensive than the value of the car accessories I ordered from the US! They rob Canucks naked. I now refuse to buy anything from the US unless it's shipped by USPS.
